How I help
I can help you get the best out of yourself, get the best out of others and get the best out of your organisation. Take a look how I do that in my services below.
From 2 people to 2000, if you’re looking for an engaging keynote speaker, motivating MC or fun facilitator, let me bring the spark to your event! Have a look at the different ways I can support you in creating a memorable experience for your audience.
Leadership & Talent
Whether a first line manager looking to move to your next level within the business, or a senior leader longing for a deeper insight into your personal purpose on earth, all leadership is a journey. From bite sized sessions to residential retreats I can help your people develop their leadership skills, talents and capabilities so they make a real difference.
I create blog posts to stimulate, bite sized videos to inspire, podcasts to uplift and encourage and mini programmes that stretch and encourage. All of these are designed to shake up your thinking, blow the dust off your life and encourage you to see different perspectives that can practically help you right where you need it.
If you’re looking for a creative way of running events, training and talks for your people to join from the comfort of their own home or desk, this is where it’s at. My virtual facilitation is completely interactive, engaging and the closest thing you could possibly get to a face to face event.
Rock and Roll
If I had to choose a phrase to sum up my approach, it would have to be “Rock and Roll”!
Rock, because I always ensure my material is rock solid, heavily researched, with a proven track record in improving businesses and people. I pride myself on continually researching my chosen fields of specialism, to ensure you get the latest thinking brought to you in all my training and events.
The Roll comes from the way I design my interventions and my style of facilitation. They roll and flow with you, so you’re taken on a journey that personally suits you, rather than a sheep dip approach. Through working with many leaders in many different organisations and thousands of other people across the world, I’ve come to realise that people don’t want buzz words and management theory. They want to feel that the time spent on a course, reading an article, or attending an event live or virtually has been invaluable. I’ve found the best way to achieve this is to design them so they’re high energy, fun, practical and inspiring and therefore propel you into action!
