When I worked corporately, it used to drive me mad when I met with external consultants who tried to sell me their standard solutions that weren't tailored to my needs or those of my organisation.

My consultancy is small, agile and responsive, meaning I add value into your organisation quickly and powerfully, which is the advantage I have over the bigger consultancies and agencies who have the big branding but lack the speed of response. I believe in a collaborative and client-centred approach to consultancy, where I take the time to understand your unique needs, challenges and aspirations. I’ll partner with you to create customised strategies and initiatives that are tailored to your specific context and objectives.

I understand that every project is unique, which is why I’ve cultivated a network of highly skilled consultants and facilitators, each specialising in their respective fields. When tackling larger projects or addressing specialised needs, I’ll bring these experts into the project, helping me with delivery on a bigger scale.
