Personal Development

For any of you who has ever met a three year old child – or indeed, had the privilege of having one of your very own – you’ll know they ask a lot of questions. A LOT. And most of them start with “Why…..?”

Kids are inherently curious about the world, how it works and how they fit into it – and I’m just the same.

I’m ridiculously curious about why we human beings do what we do, why we think what we think and why we can often stay “stuck,” even though it can cause us immense frustration.

Created for you

I create blog posts to stimulate, bite sized videos to inspire, podcasts to uplift and mini programmes that stretch and encourage, which you can download and complete in your own time and space. All of these are designed to shake up your thinking, blow the dust off your life and encourage you to see different perspectives that can practically help you right where you need it.

As with everything else I do, these are grounded in neuroscience and positive psychology, but most of all, from personal and professional experience. I’ve lived life, experienced some wonderful things and some traumatic things and gained valuable nuggets of wisdom along the way. As a passionate learner, I’ve also worked with many of the world’s best teachers and coaches and together, all of that winds its way into what I share with you.
